All parts sold by M.S. Motor are genuine used parts (also known as "halfcut" or "dismantled" parts) sourced from donor vehicles. • Parts are tested for functionality before dismantling • Cosmetic wear consistent with age and use is expected • Photos and videos of actual items are provided before shipping • "OEM" or "Original" refers to factory-installed parts, not aftermarket

M.S. Motor provides a 30-day exchange warranty on all used parts, subject to the following conditions: ✓ COVERED: • Major internal defects affecting functionality • Parts that fail during normal use within 30 days ✗ NOT COVERED: • Damage due to incorrect installation or wiring • Damage due to improper coding or programming • Physical damage after delivery (scratches, dents, cracks) • Electrical damage from short circuits or voltage spikes • Parts that have been opened, modified, or tampered with IMPORTANT: • Valid installation proof (workshop receipt) is REQUIRED for any warranty claim • Exchange only - NO CASH REFUNDS (unless item is out of stock) • Replacement parts subject to availability

Shipping Information: • Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia • West Malaysia: RM50 (estimate) - 1-2 working days • East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak): RM80 (estimate) - 3-5 working days • International shipping available upon request IMPORTANT: • Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason • Actual shipping cost may vary based on weight and destination • Tracking number provided for all shipments • Customer is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes

• Orders may be cancelled before shipping with full refund • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped • Refused deliveries will be subject to return shipping charges

Return Policy: • Returns accepted within 30 days for warranty claims only • Item must be in same condition as received • Customer must contact us via WhatsApp before returning • Return shipping is at customer's expense (unless our error) Exchange Process: 1. Contact us with order details and issue description 2. Provide photos/videos of the defective part 3. Provide installation proof (workshop receipt) 4. Ship the item back to us (after approval) 5. Receive replacement once original is received and inspected

• It is the customer's responsibility to verify part compatibility • Always provide your vehicle's chassis number (VIN) for verification • M.S. Motor is not liable for parts ordered without proper verification • Some parts may require coding or programming after installation

M.S. Motor shall not be liable for: • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Vehicle damage due to improper installation • Lost profits or business interruption • Delays beyond our control (courier, weather, etc.)
